Chapter 464 — Games

ORS 464.490 Vacation of suspension upon payment of penalty

If the Department of Justice or its designee suspends any license for a period of 30 days or less, the order may provide that the suspension shall be vacated upon payment to the department of a monetary penalty as fixed in the order.
