Chapter 475A — Psilocybin Regulation
ORS 475A.477 Grounds for revocation, suspension or restriction of license
That the licensee or licensee representative:
Has made any false representation or statement to the authority in order to induce or prevent action by the authority.
Is insolvent or incompetent or physically unable to carry on the management of the establishment of the licensee.
Is in the habit of using alcoholic liquor, habit-forming drugs, marijuana, psilocybin products or controlled substances to excess.
Has misrepresented to a person or the public any psilocybin products sold by the licensee or licensee representative.
Since the issuance of the license, has been convicted of a felony, of violating any of the psilocybin products laws of this state, general or local, or of any misdemeanor or violation of any municipal ordinance committed on the premises for which the license has been issued.
Does not have an approved criminal records check under ORS 181A.195.
That there is any other reason that, in the opinion of the authority, based on public convenience or necessity, warrants revoking, suspending or restricting the license.
