Chapter 477 — Fire Protection of Forests and Vegetation
ORS 477.502 Landscape Resiliency Fund
The Landscape Resiliency Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Landscape Resiliency Fund shall be credited to the fund. The fund shall consist of all moneys placed in the fund as provided by law and any gifts, grants, donations, endowments or bequests from any public or private source. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the State Forestry Department for landscape resilience projects and implementing ORS 477.503.
