Chapter 477 — Fire Protection of Forests and Vegetation

ORS 477.760 Rules for administration of fund; annual determination of fund balance

The Emergency Fire Cost Committee shall:

(1)

Adopt rules relating to the administration of the Oregon Forest Land Protection Fund.

(2)

Annually determine the unencumbered balance of the fund as of the end of the preceding calendar year.
