Chapter 479 — Protection of Buildings From Fire; Electrical Safety Law

ORS 479.565 Master individual inspection permits; fee

Notwithstanding ORS 479.560 (3), if a municipality does not elect to provide master electrical inspection permits, the municipality shall, upon request of the owner or operating manager or electrical contractor of the facility otherwise entitled to master permit services under ORS 479.560 (3), issue a master individual inspection permit and provide electrical inspection before any installation is covered or placed into service and charge for the inspection at the municipality’s hourly inspection rate.

Note: 479.565 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 479 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
