Chapter 498 — Hunting, Angling and Trapping Regulations; Miscellaneous Wildlife Protective Measures
ORS 498.326 Department guidelines for screening and by-pass projects; expenditure of funds
The State Department of Fish and Wildlife shall establish guidelines to determine the need for and location of potential fish screening and by-pass projects. The guidelines shall include a plan to be used for determining priorities for and expected costs of installing and maintaining the fish screening and by-pass devices.
Nothing in subsection (1) of this section is intended to prevent the State Department of Fish and Wildlife from expending federal or other funds if such funds become available for the installation and maintenance of fish screening and by-pass projects.
