ORS 498.400 Definitions for ORS 498.400 to 498.464
“Advertise” means to make public distribution by any means of communication any material relating to the sale of membership in an outdoor club.
“Outdoor club” means a business entity organized for profit that:
Conducts, or under whose authority is conducted, hunting or angling or both hunting and angling activities exclusively for its members and their guests; and
Engages in promotional plan activities for the sale of membership in such club.
“Promotional plan” includes, but is not limited to advertising.
