Chapter 509 — General Protective Regulations

ORS 509.019 Consumption of catch at sea lawful without payment of fee

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, an individual lawfully engaged in commercial fishing, while at sea, may consume a portion of the lawful commercial catch, without payment of the fees required under ORS 508.505.
