Chapter 509 — General Protective Regulations

ORS 509.355 Definitions for ORS 509.355 to 509.385

As used in ORS 509.355 to 509.385:

(1)

“Citizen of this state” means a person who maintains the usual place of abode of the person within this state or who otherwise qualifies as a citizen of this state under the laws of this state.

(2)

“International waters” means waters outside the territorial boundaries of any state, territory or country.
