Chapter 517 — Mining and Mining Claims

ORS 517.901 Confidentiality of production records, mineral assessments and trade secrets

Any production records, mineral assessments and trade secrets submitted by a mine operator or landowner to the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries shall be confidential.
