Chapter 537 — Appropriation of Water Generally

ORS 537.695 Conclusive adjudication

The determination of the Water Resources Director under ORS 537.685, as confirmed or modified by the circuit court or Supreme Court, shall be a conclusive adjudication as to all claimants of rights to appropriate the ground water of each ground water reservoir included within the order of determination.
