Chapter 545 — Irrigation Districts

ORS 545.183 Compensation and expenses of officers and employees; membership fees in associations

The board shall fix the compensation to be paid to the other officers and employees of the district. The board may pay, from the funds of the district, annual membership fees and assessments to irrigation, drainage or water users’ associations.
