Chapter 545 — Irrigation Districts

ORS 545.475 Lands subject to assessment

An assessment made under ORS 545.475, 545.477 and 545.479 for the purpose of providing funds for the retirement of outstanding warrants shall be assessed against all the irrigable lands within and a part of the district. The assessment shall not be made as a part of the tolls or charges to be collected from lands lying outside the district.
