Chapter 552 — Water Improvement Districts

ORS 552.423 Advertising for bids on construction contract

After the approval of the engineering plan as provided by ORS 552.418 and before beginning the construction of any works, the district board shall give notice, by publication and otherwise, as it may consider advisable, calling for bids for the construction of such works, or any portion thereof.
