Chapter 552 — Water Improvement Districts

ORS 552.613 Improvement bonds

If any portion of the cost of a district works is assessed against the property directly benefited, the district board may issue improvement bonds in the total amount of the valid applications it has received to pay assessments in installments as provided by ORS 223.205 and 223.210 to 223.295.
