Chapter 553 — Water Control Districts

ORS 553.095 Entry upon land; notice

The board of directors, its officers, agents or employees shall have the right to enter upon any land to make surveys for the purposes of the district, upon giving the owners of such land notice of any such surveys reasonably in advance thereof.
