ORS 554.100 Oath of office

Each director shall, before entering upon official duties, take and subscribe to an oath before some officer authorized by law to administer oaths, that the director will honestly, faithfully and impartially perform the duties devolving upon the director in office as director, and that the director will not neglect any of the duties imposed upon the director by law.
