Chapter 554 — Corporations for Irrigation, Drainage, Water Supply or Flood Control

ORS 554.390 Dissolution of district and reorganization as corporation under ORS 554.320 and 554.375 to 554.390 prohibited after 2004

A drainage district or a diking district shall not be dissolved and reorganized under ORS 554.320 and 554.375 to 554.390 after December 31, 2004.
