ORS 59.505 Provision of records to law enforcement and certain state agencies
Upon request of the Department of Consumer and Business Services, the Department of Human Services or a law enforcement agency, a broker-dealer or state investment adviser shall provide copies of records related to any suspected financial exploitation of a vulnerable person to the requester.
