Chapter 616 — General and Miscellaneous Provisions

ORS 616.894 Local plastic straw laws

A local government or municipality may not, after June 13, 2019, enact an ordinance, resolution, regulation, rule or other law with requirements that differ from the provisions set forth in ORS 616.892.
