Chapter 616 — General and Miscellaneous Provisions

ORS 616.992 General criminal penalty

The violation of any provisions of this chapter or of any rule adopted under this chapter is a Class B misdemeanor for a first offense, and a Class A misdemeanor for a second or subsequent offense.
