Chapter 621 — Milk; Dairy Products; Substitutes

ORS 621.015 Disposition of license fees; appropriation

The State Department of Agriculture shall deposit all fees paid to it under this chapter in the Department of Agriculture Service Fund. All such fees are continuously appropriated to the department for the purpose of administering and enforcing this chapter.
