Chapter 621 — Milk; Dairy Products; Substitutes

ORS 621.096 Regulations regarding weighing, sampling and testing

(1)

The State Department of Agriculture shall promulgate regulations relating to the weighing, sampling and testing of milk and cream.

(2)

The department shall ensure that all milk that a distributor, producer-distributor or dairy products plant licensee purchases from producers is tested by the distributor, producer-distributor or licensee for milk fat content using an accurate and efficient test approved by the department.
