ORS 625.110 Renewal of distributor’s license; transfer of license

Each distributor’s license may be renewed annually upon written application to the State Department of Agriculture and payment of the required annual license fee for the following year. A distributor’s license is not transferable and is strictly personal to the person to whom issued.
