Chapter 674 — Real Estate Appraisers and Appraisal

ORS 674.120 Nonresident certificate or license recognized; criteria

The Appraiser Certification and Licensure Board shall recognize temporarily the certificate or license of an appraiser issued by another state if:

(1)

The appraiser’s business is of a temporary nature; and

(2)

The appraiser registers with the board.
