Chapter 674 — Real Estate Appraisers and Appraisal

ORS 674.405 Adjustments to appraisal not required based on form of conveyance

A person engaging in or carrying on real estate appraisal activity shall not be required to make adjustments to otherwise comparable sales solely on the basis of the form of the conveyance.
