Chapter 675 — Psychologists; Occupational Therapists; Certified Sexual Offense Therapists; Regulated Social Workers; Licensed Professional Counselors and Marriage and Family Therapists

ORS 675.810 Authorized practice names

A licensee shall practice under one of the following names:

(1)

The name of the licensee.

(2)

An assumed business name or other designation that describes a place, institution, organization or agency where or in connection with which the licensee conducts practice.
