ORS 675.835 Injunctive proceedings
The Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists may commence injunction proceedings in any circuit court to enjoin violation of ORS 675.825.
In proceedings under this section, the board need not show that any person is injured by the person against whom the injunction is sought.
If the person against whom an injunction is sought under this section is found by the court to have unlawfully used the title “licensed professional counselor” or “licensed marriage and family therapist,” a court may grant an injunction barring the person from using the title.
If the person against whom an injunction is sought under this section is found by the court to have unlawfully engaged in the practice of professional counseling or marriage and family therapy, a court may grant an injunction barring the person from engaging in the unlawful practice.
An injunction under this section is in addition to any other remedies or penalties provided by law.
