Chapter 677 — Regulation of Medicine, Podiatry and Acupuncture

ORS 677.417 Medical incompetence, unprofessional conduct, physical incapacity, impairment; rules

The Oregon Medical Board shall determine by rule what constitutes medical incompetence, unprofessional conduct, physical incapacity or impairment for the purposes of ORS chapter 677.

Note: 677.417 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 677 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
