Chapter 677 — Regulation of Medicine, Podiatry and Acupuncture

ORS 677.500 Policy

It is the intent of the Legislative Assembly in requiring the licensure of physician associates to encourage appropriate use of physician associates in the delivery of health care services to the extent of a physician associate’s education and experience.
