Chapter 688 — Therapeutic and Technical Services: Physical Therapists; Medical Imaging Practitioners and Limited X-Ray Machine Operators; Hemodialysis Technicians; Athletic Trainers; Respiratory Therapists and Polysomnographic Technologists PHYSICAL THERAPISTS 688.425 Licensed persons may use title

ORS 688.201 Disposition of receipts

(1)

All moneys received under ORS 688.010 to 688.201 shall be paid into an account established by the Oregon Board of Physical Therapy under ORS 182.470. The board may establish an additional account under ORS 182.470 for the purpose of meeting financial obligations imposed on the State of Oregon as a result of this state’s participation in the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact established under ORS 688.240.

The moneys paid into the accounts established by the board under ORS 182.470 are continuously appropriated to the board and may be used only for the administration and enforcement of ORS 676.850, 676.860 and 688.010 to 688.201 and for the purpose of meeting financial obligations imposed on the State of Oregon as a result of this state’s participation in the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact established under ORS 688.240.
