Chapter 688 — Therapeutic and Technical Services: Physical Therapists; Medical Imaging Practitioners and Limited X-Ray Machine Operators; Hemodialysis Technicians; Athletic Trainers; Respiratory Therapists and Polysomnographic Technologists

ORS 688.630 Certification requirement

(1)

It is unlawful for any person to act as a hemodialysis technician without being certified by the Oregon Health Authority.

(2)

It is unlawful for any outpatient renal dialysis facility to authorize a person to act for it as a hemodialysis technician without being certified by the authority.
