Chapter 709 — Regulation of Trust Business

ORS 709.070 Right of action against deposit

A person who suffers loss or damage because of the breach of any trust committed to a trust company may recover the amount of the loss or damage out of the moneys or securities deposited under ORS 709.030 with the director by the trust company.
