Chapter 714 — Branch Banking; Automated Teller Machines

ORS 714.035 Mobile banking facilities

A banking institution may, in accordance with ORS 714.025, establish one or more mobile facilities to engage in the banking business or to transact trust business. Mobile banking facilities may operate within this state and in other states.
