Chapter 714 — Branch Banking; Automated Teller Machines

ORS 714.059 Certificate authorizing branch to conduct business

At a banking institution’s request, the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall issue and deliver a certificate to authorize each branch for which the banking institution has given notice under ORS 714.025 to conduct business.
