Chapter 72 — Sales

ORS 72.8170 Authority of manufacturer who makes express warranty to suggest methods of effectuating service and repair

ORS 72.8010 to 72.8200 do not prohibit a manufacturer who makes an express warranty from suggesting methods of effectuating service and repair, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the express warranty, other than those required by ORS 72.8010 to 72.8200.
