Chapter 72 — Sales

ORS 72.8200 Operative dates

ORS 72.8010 to 72.8200 apply to a consumer good sold on or after January 1, 1974. However, ORS 72.8020, 72.8030, 72.8040 and 72.8090 only apply to a consumer good manufactured on or after January 1, 1974.
