Chapter 732 — Organization and Corporate Procedures of Domestic Insurers; Regulation of Insurers Generally

ORS 732.546 Severability

If any provision of ORS 732.517 to 732.546 or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of ORS 732.517 to 732.546 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of ORS 732.517 to 732.546 are declared to be severable.
