Chapter 732 — Organization and Corporate Procedures of Domestic Insurers; Regulation of Insurers Generally

ORS 732.825 State member of Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission

The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services or a designee of the director shall serve as this state’s member of the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission established under the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact set forth in ORS 732.820.
