Chapter 734 — Rehabilitation, Liquidation and Conservation of Insurers

ORS 734.067 Review of court order

(1)

An insurer against whom an order under ORS 734.059 is directed may petition the court for a hearing and review of the order.

(2)

Not later than the 15th day after the court receives a petition under subsection (1) of this section, the court shall hold the hearing and review the order.
