Chapter 734 — Rehabilitation, Liquidation and Conservation of Insurers

ORS 734.113 Application of Oregon Receivership Code

Notwithstanding ORS 37.040, the Oregon Receivership Code does not apply to delinquency proceedings under this chapter.
