Chapter 737 — Rates and Rating Organizations

ORS 737.390 Regulation of joint underwriting and joint reinsurance

No group, association or other organization of insurers which engages in joint underwriting or joint reinsurance shall engage in any activity which is unfair, unreasonable or otherwise inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.
