Chapter 743A — Health Insurance: Reimbursement of Claims

ORS 743A.175 Traumatic brain injury

(1)

A health benefit plan, as defined in ORS 743B.005, shall provide coverage of medically necessary therapy and services for the treatment of traumatic brain injury.

(2)

This section is exempt from ORS 743A.001.
