Chapter 757 — Utility Regulation Generally

ORS 757.900 Intervention by Citizens’ Utility Board in proceedings

(1)

Whenever the Citizens’ Utility Board of Governors determines that an Oregon Community Power proceeding may affect the interests of utility consumers, the Citizens’ Utility Board may intervene as of right as an interested party or otherwise participate in the proceeding.

(2)

The Citizens’ Utility Board shall have standing to obtain judicial or administrative review of any action of Oregon Community Power, and may intervene as of right as an interested party or otherwise participate in any proceeding that involves the review or enforcement of any action by Oregon Community Power, if the Citizens’ Utility Board of Governors determines that the action may affect the interests of utility consumers.
