Chapter 759 — Telecommunications Utility Regulation

ORS 759.675 Regulatory procedure

The procedures of the Public Utility Commission for petition, regulation and enforcement relative to attachments, including any rights of appeal from any decision thereof, shall be the same as those applicable to the commission.
