Chapter 778 — Port of Portland

ORS 778.165 Sale of revenue bonds

The board may from time to time sell revenue bonds authorized to be issued and sold pursuant to ORS 778.145 to 778.175, at public or private sale, in the manner and at such price or prices as it shall determine.
