Chapter 778 — Port of Portland

ORS 778.170 Bonds as obligations of political subdivision

Revenue bonds including refunding revenue bonds issued under ORS 778.145 to 778.175 shall be considered to be bonds or obligations of a political subdivision of the State of Oregon for the purposes of all laws of the state.
