Chapter 802 — Administrative Provisions

ORS 802.087 Rules for assisting offenders in obtaining driver license or identification card

The Department of Transportation and the Department of Corrections jointly shall adopt rules and enter into interagency agreements necessary to assist offenders in obtaining a driver license or identification card prior to an offender’s release from a Department of Corrections institution.
