Chapter 802 — Administrative Provisions

ORS 802.329 City and county highway safety program participation authorized

Any city or county may participate in the highway safety program and do all things necessary to secure the benefits available under ORS 802.310 and 802.315 and under the Federal Highway Safety Act of 1966 and any amendments thereto.
