Chapter 813 — Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants

ORS 813.017 Arraignment; booking

When a person is arraigned on a charge of driving while under the influence of intoxicants in violation of ORS 813.010, a court shall ensure that the defendant submits to booking, if the person has not already been booked on that charge.
